How it all began…

Our incredible founder, Tary Drouault, began her real estate career when she was just 18 years old in her hometown of Newberg, Oregon. Through hard work, dedication, and a heart for service, she has closed millions of dollars in sales and helped thousands of families buy and sell real estate.

Tary’s mission is to provide 5-star customer service and change family trees by transforming lives, one person at a time.

Creating the Team

In 2000, Tary created and founded Homes by Tary. She realized to help fulfill her mission she needed an amazing Team that would provide that 5-star customer service. Her Success Team specializes in making the entire process of buying and selling smooth and seamless for her clients. The Team is comprised of a transaction coordinator, closing coordinator, executive assistant and buyer's specialists.

With the help of her amazing Team, Tary is able to focus on her sellers and utilize her listing and negotiation skills to get the highest and best price for their home.
